All content, designs, artworks, graphics, logos, branding elements, product designs, patterns,
packaging, photographs, digital assets, written materials, and all other creative works
(collectively, the “Intellectual Property”) produced, published, or otherwise distributed
by Nise Clothing are the sole and exclusive property of Nicolas Chambers and Seric Critchley.
All Intellectual Property is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and
international intellectual property laws.

2. Restrictions on Use

Unless expressly authorized in writing by Nise Clothing, the following actions are strictly
prohibited:

2.1 Copying or Reproducing

Copying, duplicating, or recreating any of our designs, branding, or creative materials.
Using our designs for personal, commercial, or educational purposes without
permission.

2.2 Redistribution

Selling, sharing, distributing, or publishing any of our copyrighted materials.

2.3 Creating Derivative Works

Modifying, altering, or creating derivative works from our designs or brand materials.

2.4 Misrepresentation

Using our name, brand identity, or designs in a manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation.

3. Trademark Notice (Unregistered Trademark)

Nise Clothing™ and all associated logos, product names, and branding elements are claimed as unregistered trademarks of Nise Clothing. Unauthorized use of these marks is prohibited.

4. Permissions & Licensing

Written permission must be obtained before using any Intellectual Property belonging to Nise Clothing.

Nise Clothing actively monitors for unauthorized use, duplication, or infringement of our Intellectual Property.

Issue DMCA takedown notices
File trademark infringement complaints

Recover financial damages and legal fees
