1. Return Window 

Customers may return items within 30 days from the date they receive their order. 
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the 
original packaging (if applicable).

2. Return Methods 

Returns can be made by mail or by filling the form only. 
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by 
Nise Clothing. 

All returned items must be sent to the exact return address provided in the return 
instructions at the time of the request. Returns sent to the wrong address may not be 
processed. 

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, customers should contact us using the support information provided on our website. Please write your order number in the subject line or in the form where requested!

4. Refund Options 

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund. 

Customers may choose between:

• Refund to the original payment method.
  
• Store credit, which can be used for future purchases. 

Refunds will not include original shipping costs.
