Shipping Policy

1. General Information

All orders are processed from our location in Switzerland. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. When your package ships, you will receive a tracking number (when available).

Processing time: 1–3 business days
Processing time does not include transit time.


2. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery address
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method

Shipping rates are displayed before you complete your order.
We do not offer free shipping at this time.

 

3. Domestic Shipping (Switzerland)

We ship via Swiss Post.
Delivery time within Switzerland: 1–5 business days.

Any returns shipped back to us must also be paid for by the customer.


4. International Shipping 

We ship internationally to selected countries.
International shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • All customs fees, import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • These costs are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

If the customer refuses delivery due to customs or other fees, we cannot refund shipping costs.


5. Shipping Restrictions

Some destinations may have restrictions, longer transit times, or may not be eligible for
delivery. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we cannot ship.

 

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, it becomes their responsibility.
If a package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

We will support you where possible but cannot guarantee reimbursement for carrier-related issues.

 

7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer must pay the cost of reshipping.
